This villa had undergone several previous renovations, including a defectively executed extension that compromised the overall quality and functionality of the home. Our team was brought in to completely transform it, ensuring every element is redone to the highest standards.

The renovation is currently underway, with a significant difference between the original planned timeline and the actual scope of work already executed. While the approved program with the client is 10 months, we are confident that the project will be completed ahead of schedule.

In addition to reworking the villa’s layout and structure, we are also redesigning the entire landscaping to create the atmosphere of a Mediterranean resort. This will give the property a distinctive charm and elevate the living experience both indoors and outdoors.

By redoing what was previously done inefficiently and adding bespoke design features, we are turning this villa into a refined home that truly stands out within the Arabian Ranches community.
